Due North Homes LLC was started in 2019 in Osceola by Paul Smith.  We've outgrown our original basement office into a new space in Balsam Lake, where we would love to meet you and make plans to build the new home you have been dreaming of.  

New for 2025, we have broken ground on our first home in Minnesota.  We now proudly build in Polk & St. Croix counties in Wisconsin, and Chisago & Washington counties in Minnesota - with occasional builds further afield (we're building a cabin in Hayward, WI too.)
