Lund Builders 2021 Tour Home was built for the greatgrandaughter of the Founding Father of River Falls, Joel Foster, and her husband on the original site of the Foster Family’s home. It is a one level, 2,576 sq. ft. rambler with 720 sq. ft. garage, large windows and inviting landscape. The interior wood and kitchen cabinets were crafted from milled Black Walnut harvested from the lot. Cambria kitchen countertops, sills and fireplace mantle. The pendants over the kitchen work areas were created by River Falls Native, Pauly Cudd (Glass by Pauly). The design details inside and out were curated by the homeowners themselves and were detailed by many artisans and Lund Builders’ crew, designers and craftsmen. This home represents the epitomy of hand crafted custom details and showcases Lund Builders’ ability to custom create.
